Dear audience members, For safety reasons, we regret to inform you that all performances scheduled for October 24, 2026, are cancelled. The performances on Sunday, October 25, will go ahead as planned.
Ticket management terms:
- If you purchased your tickets directly from the Cirque d'Hiver (official website or box office):
Your tickets can be rescheduled for a date of your choice, subject to availability. Please send your request by email to:
billetterie@cirquedhiver.com (Please include your name, booking reference number, and preferred new date.) - If you purchased your tickets through another ticketing platform or network (Fnac, Ticketmaster,BilletReduc, etc.):
Please contact the platform through which you placed your order directly to request an exchange or a refund, in accordance with their terms and conditions.
